Refund Policy for Custom Projects



This refund policy is valid for any project started later than September 5 2020. Once part of the payment has been made for a project, the refund policy will remain the same for that project and no change can be applied until its completion.

About the refund application for projects

For a refund application for a project to be approved, several clear reasons are needed to demonstrate that the program or service is not working and cannot be brought into the final version as discussed. However, projects are analyzed and accepted only if we are sure that they can be completed, that we have enough experience and documentation about it.

When a refund request can be valid

  1. When the final product does not work in the required conditions and cannot be repaired. When the product breaks down and is not repaired in more than 30 working days.
  2. When the final product requires third party products that must be paid for in order to function that were not specified during the project development.
  3. When the deadline for completion of the project has passed and the project is not completed.

When a refund request cannot be valid

  1. When the product worked in the first instance but due to third party changes of some services or products the product can no longer be functional. In this case, we will try to find an alternative solution to solve the problem.
  2. When the project is in development and you want to abandon it. The first payment cannot be returned.
  3. When you want an update for the project in the future that can not be done by us. This cannot be a reason to apply for a refund.

Refund Policy for Codester Products

When we can accept a refund:

  1. When the product does not work and cannot be repaired in at least 7 working days.
  2. When the purchased product is not the same as in the description.
  3. When the product requires third party products / services to function that are not specified in the description.

When we cannot accept a refund : 

  1. When the product is purchased by mistake.
  2. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  3. You no longer want the product once it has been purchased.
